Football Game Rescheduled for Saturday, October 17
Due to the unfortunate destruction of Tolsia High School's weight room and football locker and storage facility, the Wayne v. Tolsia game has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 17, at 7:30 PM on Pioneer Field.

Picture Day is Monday, October 19
Hair need a trim?  Dying to wear that outfit you bought last spring at the end-of-winter sale?  Just got your hair cut and it looks great?  You're in luck!  Picture Day is MONDAY, OCTOBER 19!  Seniors, you will only take ID pictures on this day, but everyone else will have yearbook pictures taken.  NO HATS!  Senior Portrait Make-Up pictures will be done November 18.   SMILE!

College Day October 29
College Day is October 29 at Marshall Unviersity.  50 different colleges will be in attendance.  If you are interested in going, there is a sign-up sheet in the Guidance Department on Mr. Dillon's and Mrs. Welker's doors.  You must pick up a permission slip when you sign up and return it to Mrs. Welker by OCTOBER 16.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  This is for YOUR FUTURE!  SIGN UP TODAY!

Peace, Love & Homecoming
The Homecoming Dance is this SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 8-11 PM.  Cost for tickets: $7 single, $10 couple.  You may purchase your tickets in advance with Mrs. Justice in Room 904 or you may purchase them at the door upon arrival.  Come on out and get your groove on!

Homecoming Week is October 5-October 9!

We are pleased to announce that the week of October 5-October 9 is HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK at Wayne High School!  Monday is an ISE day, so it will not be counted as a dress-up day.  The Senior Spirit cook-out will be Monday evening at 6 PM, and the Senior Girls' Sleepover begins at 7 PM (sorry, boys, but you'll have to leave).  The schedule is as follows:

Monday--ISE Day, no dress-up, Senior Cook-Out and Senior Girls' Sleepover

Tuesday--Get Up & GO!  Wear your jammies to school, whether you slept here or not!

Wednesday--Sports/Fan Day  Dress like your favorite sports hero, or the ultimate fan!

Thursday--Masquerade Day  Dress to make us guess!  Halloween costumes, fancy costumes, masks

Friday--Red & Black/Pioneer Day  Wear your Red & Black and watch the Pioneers take on Scott High School at 7:30 PM on Pioneer Field!

Saturday, October 10--Homecoming Dance, 8-11 PM
